I have never understood the mania for sweet potatoes. Personally, they almost make me gag. Why? Because a potato is not supposed to be sweet. Fruits are sweet. Would you like sweet brusel sprouts pudding?
Misstress Quickly says: try scraping off the marshmallows. ps. this dish is really lava color orange and doesn't look like soup. it's beautiful and not overly sweet.
I don't get it. How do you fold a potato?
